What You’ll Learn in Our BLS Certification Class
This certification class covers the essential skills needed to respond effectively to life-threatening emergencies, including recognizing cardiac arrest and activating the emergency response system, performing high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, and using an automated external defibrillator (AED). Participants will also learn effective ventilation techniques using barrier devices and bag-mask equipment, how to relieve choking and respond to airway obstructions, and how to provide both single-rescuer and team-based resuscitation.

The Interstate Building is located on South King Street in central Honolulu. Visitor parking is available in the building, with garage access from South King Street and Young Street. Parking availability and rates may vary, so allow a few extra minutes before class to park, enter the building, and take the elevator to Suite 606.
