What Happens During Training
For an instructor-led class, the instructor reviews core concepts, demonstrates required skills, guides hands-on practice, and evaluates performance through the course requirements. Students should arrive prepared to participate, ask questions, and complete the assessments listed for the course.
After you complete all required course components, Defib Hawaii issues the official AHA course completion eCard the same day. Course completion cards for these provider and Heartsaver pathways are generally valid for two years.
